How do I place an order?
Our cut off for next business day delivery is 5:30pm. Orders received on Friday after 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Once you have found the product(s) you wish to purchase enter the quantities you wish to purchase and click button to place items in your shopping basket.

When you have finished shopping and selected all the products you wish to purchase, click Checkout. You will then be taken through the checkout process where you will:

  1. Review Order
  2. Enter/ review billing and delivery addresses
  3. Enter payment information and select the button to submit your order.

How do I amend an order?
At the shopping basket / checkout page, you can change the quantity and click the "Update" button or "Check Out" button to save your changes. If you wish to remove items, click the "Remove" button.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have checked out, your order can not be amended. Everything Office's website works on a live system so you can get your goods next day. The orders are transferred to the warehouse to begin picking and dispatch. But don't worry, - Any items you do not need can be returned, once delivered, for free and with a full refund within 14 days.

How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please click here to email us.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will need to process a return

  1. The package should not be opened.
  2. FREE pick-up will be arranged.
  3. Your account will be credited for the entire amount.
